All the socializing happens in one open and attractive space in this apartment. The living area features a large, comfortable sofa that converts into a queen size bed if needed. Great views of the Strip and of the TV are to be had from here. Moving further in and you reach the kitchen which has all the essential appliances you’re likely to need, including a refrigerator, flat top stove, and microwave. Next to it is the breakfast bar style seating area with bar stools, great places to sit with coffees in the mornings and maybe something a little stronger in the evenings.



THE BEDROOM

Who knows what time you’ll get back from the Strip? Whether it’s still dark or getting light, the gloriously comfortable king size bed with quality bedding will be waiting to help you relax and recharge so you’re ready to do it all over again. Welcome to the Palms Place Hotel & Spa. It’s a resort just 2 miles from the Las Vegas Strip (a 5-minute drive), and is very close to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping centers. So you can stock up those beautiful cabinets and fridge in the kitchenette really easily. 

If you want to keep your homely comforts, but also want to experience the glitz and true essence of the Las Vegas experience, staying here gives you it all. 



GETTING AROUND

It’s just two miles to the Strip, so you will get to the action in no time. You can catch one of the taxis that’s on standby outside the resort. You can also arrange a ride with Uber or Lyft, It typically costs around $10 to get there. 

If you’re driving here, valet parking is free, and there’s plenty of free outside parking spaces, including a 4 story parking deck by Palms Casino.

• Pool season may vary, due to weather conditions the pool is subject to closures. 

• A $100-$500 refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check in. The security deposit must be paid with either a debit or credit card. (No cash will be accepted)

• Guests must be 21 years of age to check in, but occupants can be any age.

• Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided for an additional charge upon request.

• StripViewSuites has a full team available to assist you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Any maintenance requests made after 4pm will be addressed the next business day.
