Great suite, exactly as described. Nice and quiet on the 35th floor. Had everything we needed and more for a 2 night stay. The jacuzzi bath was a highlight. Loved not paying resort fees and that valet parking was included.

This place was simply amazing and you cannot beat the view! I felt very safe with the Airbnb and its surrounding amenities! The place was extremely clean and felt homey , the host himself was very prompt and responsive I highly recommend staying here!

I stayed here for a business trip for 4 nights and enjoyed the entire experience! There are walkways to the MGM and the Strip is easily accessible. Our rooms were connected by an entryway and perfect for what we needed. Another helpful bonus was the free valet. I would definitely stay here again!
This was a great location for a quick spring break trip with my 15 year old. Quick to get around by walk or by using the tram that would take us from MGM to the Venetian area for those shopping trips to Fashion Show. Had groceries delivered that made it perfect for those quick meals . It was nice to have coffee in the room, a refer and microwave. I will definitely be back! Great location! Comfy bed! Jacuzzi! Check in was a breeze. Thank you for the great stay!
Good hotel room suite just off the strip. Having access to the MGM pools is really nice. PSA - don’t bother trying to walk outside from the hotel to the strip. There’s a series of tunnels/walkways that connect the Signature to the main MGM hotel.
Very nice place, beautiful views from the balcony, very comfortable. I've stayed before and probably will stay again, very easy to get to any location in Vegas and great value.
