SMOKING: This is a NON SMOKING property. No smoking is allowed inside of the condo whatsoever. Any Guest(s) not adhering to the No Smoking policy will result in automatic forfeiture of security deposit.
PETS: Pets are not allowed in the unit whatsoever.
PAYMENT: Total payment of reservation is required to confirm reservations.
CANCELLATION: All reservations are non refundable. If a reservation is cancelled guest will be refunded for only payment of prepaid cleaning fees and taxes.
DEPOSIT: Host reserves the right to hold credit card deposit on file for any additional charges and has right to charge for any additional charges.
AMENITIES: Guest(s) understand that amentities may be limited due to the health and safety of the public and unavailability of any and all amenities will not violate any terms of this Agreement.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Host reserves the right to charge guest credit card for any excessive usage of utilities, any damage to the property, any violation of terms of conditions. Host has the discretion to decide upon these additional charges.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
GUEST/PARTIES/NOISE: Guest agrees to maintain noise levels and obey nuisance ordinances. Host has discretion to fine Guest for any disturbance. Host may elect to evict Guest for any violation. Guest will immediately vacate the premises upon demand by host and will forfeit the rental payment.
CANCELATIONS BY YOUR HOST – In the event that your Host has to cancel your booking for any reason you will be notified as quickly as possible and refunded 100% of any amounts paid. We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance to protect against certain types of cancelations, among other risks. StripViewSuites.com is not responsible or liable for any cancelations damages.
HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY: Host of rental property shall not be liable for any damages and/or injury to Guest(s), or their personal property due to Guest(s) acts, actions or neglect. Guest(s) agrees to hold Host harmless against any claim for damage and/or injury due to Guest(s) act or neglect or their guests act or neglect.
QUIET ENJOYMENT: Guests agree not to violate quiet enjoyment and privacy of the surrounding neighbors. Host is not responsible for the actions of other property Hosts in the area, as I have no control over their actions.
LAWS: The Laws of the State of Nevada shall apply to all terms under this Agreement. Any dispute under this agreement shall be venued in Clark County, Nevada. It is expressly agreed and understood that this lease shall not be recorded in the County Clerks office.
SURVIVAL: If any clause or term in this lease is contrary to law, the remainder of the Lease shall remain in full force.
CERTIFICATION: I or we, the Guest(s), hereby certify and consent that I/we have read the entire agreement and conditions and agree to the terms and will comply with them during the course of this vacation rental.
