COVID-19 FAQ

  • Are the rooms sanitized?

    Yes, our main priority is the safety and health of our guests. We want to assure you that StripViewSuites strictly follows CDC guidance for all our properties. All the rooms are cleaned and sanitized with high standards.

  • Do I need to provide negative COVID-19 test for booking a room?

    No, you do not need to provide us or the property with negative test results for booking a room. All hotel properties have their own health screening procedures. Please make sure to review Nevada's health and safety guidelines before planning your trip to Vegas, as the procedures are constantly changing.

  • Do I need to provide proof of vaccination for booking a room?

    No, you do not need to provide us or the property with proof of vaccination. All hotel properties have their own health screening procedures. Please make sure to review Nevada's health and safety guidelines before planning your trip to Vegas, as the procedures are constantly changing.

  • What is the cancelation policy due to COVID-19?

    If you have tested positive for COVID-19 and have an upcoming reservation with StripViewSuites, please contact us immediately.   • Is it possible to submit housekeeping or maintenance request during my stay?

    Yes,however please note due to COVID-19 our services are limited as our priority is the safety and health of our guests. Please allow additional time for these requests to be addressed. For any housekeeping and maintenance requests, please contact StripViewSuites directly via email at Info@StripViewSuites.com.

GENERAL FAQ

  • Do you charge any resort fees?

    No, StripViewSuites does not charge any resort fees.

  • How long does it take for the security deposit to be refunded?

    Upon check-in at Palms Place, Vdara and MGM Signature, there will only be a refundable security deposit due. There are no security deposits due for suites at the Jockey Club or for any of the houses. The security deposit is released immediately upon departure. It then takes up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account, depending on the bank.

  • Is a late check-out or early check-in possible?

    Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to availability for an additional charge. We are not able to guarantee early check-in. Guests may contact customer service the day of their arrival/ departure. Late check-outs after 1pm will be considered and charged as an additional night.

  • What is the minimum age to check in?

    Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in. No exceptions.

  • Am I able to book a room for someone else?

    Yes, you may book a room for someone else as long as you provide StripViewSuites with their full name for check-in purposes prior to your arrival. Be advised the person checking in must be 21 years or older with valid photo ID.

  • Is daily housekeeping provided?

    Daily housekeeping is not provided, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided upon request. These items are subject to availability. The best time to submit requests is in the morning, as any requests made after 4 PM will be addressed on the next business day. Be advised that the delivery window is between 11am and 10pm.

  • Is there a complimentary breakfast?

    No, we do not offer complimentary breakfast or food services.

  • What are the pool hours?

    Pool hours will vary at each property and during each season. Please note that pool hours are determined by the hotels. All hours are subject to change without notice.

  • Is balcony access available in the units?

    Balconies are available in suites that specify they have balconies in the listing. At this time, all Palms Place suites will no longer have access to the balconies. We do apologize for the inconvenience as this is out of our control.

  • Is any transportation provided during my stay?

    At this time, StripViewSuites does not offer any transportation.

  • Are cribs and/or rollaway beds provided?

    No, at this time StripViewSuites does not provide cribs and/or rollaway beds to guests

  • Is there nightlife access available through StripViewSuites?

    We do not offer any nightlife access services directly. However, guests are welcome to make arrangements with the concierge.

PALMS PLACE FAQ

  • How much will the security deposit be?

    Upon arrival at Palms Place, you will be asked to pay a $100 security deposit with a debit or credit card. The funds will be released immediately upon your departure. However, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account. For conjoined suite units at Palms Place, you will be asked to pay a $100 security deposit per suite.

  • Where do I park? Is parking complimentary?

    At Palms Place, guests are welcome to self-park, free of charge. Please be advised there is no direct access to Palms Place from the parking garage.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    At Palms Place, check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. For penthouse suites, check-in is at 5pm and check-out is 11am.

  • What is the departure procedure?

    Our housekeeping team will address cleaning upon departure. There are no special housekeeping instructions. All we ask is that you check out at the Palms Place front desk to check out and verify any charges.

  • Where do I dispose of trash?

    At Palms Place, there is a trash room on every floor by the elevator for the disposal of garbage. If the chute is locked you can leave the bags in the trash room along the wall. Please do not leave any trash outside of your room, or there will be a $10 charge for every bag placed by the property.

  • Can I order room service?

    At this time, room service is not available due to Covid-19 at Palms Place.

  • Is spa access included at Palms Place?

    At this time, the spa at palms place is closed due to Covid-19 at Palms Place.

  • Can I access the balcony?

    At this time all Palms Place suites will no longer have access to the balconies. We do apologize for the inconvenience as this is out of our control.

MGM SIGNATURE FAQ

  • How much will the security deposit be?

    At MGM Signature, a $100 per day (up to 3 days) refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check-in. The security deposit must be paid with a debit or credit card. The funds will be released immediately upon your departure. However, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account. For conjoined suite units at MGM Signature, a $200 per day (up to 3 days) refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check-in.

  • Where do I park? Is parking complimentary?

    At MGM Signature, complimentary valet parking is provided for up to one vehicle per reservation. Additionally, there is self-parking at the MGM Grand. Please note the valet has capacity limits and you may have to self-park at the MGM Grand if valet is full.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    At MGM Signature, check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

  • What is the departure procedure?

    Our housekeeping team will take care of all cleaning upon departure. All we ask is that you check out at the MGM Signature front desk to verify any charges on your account and check out.

  • Where do I dispose of trash?

    At MGM Signature, housekeeping will pick up all trash from outside the door. Please notify us of trash pick up.

  • Can I order room service?

    Yes, room service is available at Signature MGM. Hours are limited due to Covid-19.

  • Is there access to the pool at MGM Grand?

    Yes, guests staying at the MGM Signature have access to the pool at the MGM Grand and Lazy river. The pool at MGM Signature is age restricted to guests 21 years of age and older. Be advised that pool hours are subject to change at any point.

JOCKEY CLUB FAQ

  • How much will the security deposit be?

    There is no security deposit for suites at the Jockey Club.

  • Where do I park? Is parking complimentary?

    Jockey Club shares a parking garage with The Cosmopolitan. Guests will need to park on level B3 and enter the set of elevators that say “Jockey Club.” Your room key will be used to waive the parking fee coming in and out of the garage.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    At the Jockey Club, check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

  • What is the departure procedure?

    Our housekeeping team will take care of all cleaning upon departure. All we ask is that you check out at the security desk. If you parked in the garage, you must bring your room key with you upon departure. Once you are through the gate of the parking garage you may leave the key in the designated drop box.

  • Where do I dispose of trash?

    At the Jockey Club, the trash chute is located behind the elevator on every floor. Please do not leave trash outside of the door to avoid additional charges.

  • Is there access to the pool at the Cosmopolitan?

    Yes, guests staying at the Jockey Club do have access to the Chelsea Pool at the Cosmopolitan on the 14th floor.

VDARA FAQ

  • How much will the security deposit be?

    At Vdara, a $100 per day (up to 3 days) refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check-in. The security deposit must be paid with a debit or credit card. The funds will be released immediately upon your departure. However, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.

  • Where do I park? Is parking complimentary?

    At Vdara, complimentary parking is provided for up to one vehicle per reservation. The parking garage is located right next to the entrance.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    At Vdara, check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

  • What is the departure procedure?

    Vdara housekeeping team will take care of all cleaning upon departure. All we ask is that you check out at the Vdara front desk to verify any charges on your account and check out.

  • Where do I dispose of trash?

    At Vdara, housekeeping will pick up all trash from outside the door. Please notify us of trash pick up.

HOUSES FAQ

  • How much will the security deposit be?

    There is no security deposit for our monthly house properties and Short Term Rental Houses

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    For monthly units and Short Term Rental Houses, check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

  • What is the departure procedure?

    Our housekeeping team will take care of all cleaning upon departure. Please be sure to gather any trash and return all keys, if you were given them.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are not allowed at any of our properties.
