Rental Policy for StripViewSuites

RENTAL RULES: The Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times. Additional Rental Rules will be applied to all Guests and are different for each location. This Rental policy may change from time to time.

 

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING Property. No smoking is allowed inside of the Property whatsoever. Any guest not adhering to the No Smoking policy will result in automatic forfeiture of the security deposit.

 

PETS: Pets are not allowed in the Property whatsoever.  If there is evidence of pets during the guest’s stay additional cleaning fees will be charged.  

 

GUESTS/PARTIES/NOISE: The Guest must supervise their guest(s) while on the premises. Noise in the Property must be kept at a reasonable level as not to cause a disturbance to the neighbors or public. In no event may the maximum occupancy be exceeded. SVS reserves the right to terminate the Guest vacation rental for any violations and the Guest will immediately vacate the premises upon demand by SVS and will forfeit the rental payment.

 

ILLEGAL DRUGS: Under no circumstances shall any illegal drugs be allowed on the Property. The Guest understands that possession and use of any such substance is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of payment. The Guest further waives all rights to recourse against SVS for enforcing this clause.

 

PAYMENT: Total reservation payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

 

CANCELLATIONS:  Cancellation policies depend on each property and can change.  

Additional Charges: All “normal” utilities are included. Additionally, local (Las Vegas) calls, basic cable television, and wireless internet are included. The Guest will be charged additional fees for the following:

  • Phone charges for services in addition to those provided above, including but not limited to long-distance calls, outside Local (Las Vegas) calls, collect calls, etc.
  • Cable charges for any programming ordered during the rental period in addition to the basic cable provided.
  • Any damage to the Property or its contents.
  • Excessive electricity usage.
  • Key or garage opener replacement.

 

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

 

CLEANING: No cleaning service is provided during the guest’s stay. If the guest needs additional sheets, towels, etc. guest must contact SVS only. 

 

MAINTENANCE: It is expected that major systems in and around the Property will break down from time to time, such as air conditioning, washer, dryer, refrigerator, etc. SVS will attempt to repair the problem as soon as possible upon notice by the Guest. SVS assumes no liability to the Guest if such should occur as all products have a useful life and break down occasionally.

 

ACCESS: The Guest agrees to allow SVS and SVS’s agents to access the Property immediately if needed by notice, telephone, or in person. Agents include but are not limited to, plumbers, electricians, rental companies, pest inspection, etc. SVS reserves the right to inspect the Property interior immediately by notice to the Guest. The Guest agrees not to deny access. If the Guest(s) refuses to allow access to SVS or any agent designated by SVS, SVS reserves the right to terminate the Guest vacation rental and the Guest will immediately vacate the premises upon demand by SVS and will forfeit the rental payment.

 

WEATHER/ACTS OF GOD: SVS is not responsible for any weather conditions or acts of God or nature that happen during the guest’s stay on premises and no refunds will be made.

 

POOL/SPA USE: Guest understands the pool/spa is strictly an amenity and any interruption or unavailability of the pool/spa will not violate any terms of this Agreement.

 

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES: All occupants are required to perform “Normal” household duties that include, but are not limited to:

  • Garbage removal.
  • Cleaning of individual and guest dishes.
  • Notification to SVS of any damages or problems with the Property.
  • Locking of all doors when Guest leaves the Property.
  • Returning all keys and garage door openers.

 

 

Guests will be asked to read and agree to this Rental Policy as well as any additional Rental Rules and Procedure. A signed Rental Agreement may be required depending on the property.
