Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak has transferred COVID-19 mitigation measures to local authority and effective May 1 capacities in Las Vegas increased to 80 percent. The state-wide goal is that every county will be able to fully reopen at 100% capacity by June 1.

As for May 13,  Las Vegas casinos that can operate at 100 capacity:

 

  • Caesars Entertainment.
    As of May 12, all nine of Caesars’ properties in Las Vegas can operate their gaming floors at full capacity with no social distancing.
    These include Caesars Palace, the Flamingo, the Cromwell, Bally’s, Paris Las Vegas, Harrah’s, The Linq, Planet Hollywood, and the Rio.
  • Station Casinos 
    Red Rock Resort, Green Valley Ranch, Palace Station, Sunset Station, Santa Fe Station, Boulder Station can operate at full capacity
  • MGM Resorts
    The nine MGM Resorts hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip have joined a growing list of properties approved to operate their gaming floors at full capacity.
    (Mandalay Bay, Luxor, Excalibur, NY-NY, Park MGM, Bellagio, Aria, Bellagio, and  Mirage)
  • The Strat
    The Strat is able to increase capacity to 100 percent on May 10.
  • The Cosmopolitan
    The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas was the first Casino to receive approval from the Nevada Gaming Board to lift the occupancy and remove social distance
